For the first ten customers, Professional is £79 a month instead of £99, locked in for the life of the account.

Q: How does annual billing work?

Pay for ten months and get twelve. You can switch whenever you like, and unused monthly time is credited.

Q: Do contractors need their own paid seats?

Contractors need an account and accounts count towards your plan limit, but access can be limited to named buildings and to the length of a job. Talk to us if you have a lot of short-term contractors.

Q: Are the prices exclusive of VAT?

Yes. All prices are exclusive of VAT, charged at the prevailing UK rate where applicable.

Q: Is it worth it for a small team?

One building, one board and one long-serving person? A spreadsheet is fine. It starts paying for itself at the second board, the second person or the first contractor who needs to know what they are switching off.

Buy it once and run it on your own server for as long as you like. Maintenance keeps you on the latest version with support, and if you ever pause it, the software you own carries on working. Is there really a free trial, and what is in it?

Yes. 30 days on one of your own buildings, with your own floor plans and your own boards — judging a records system on somebody else's sample data tells you very little. Your first onboarding call is free, and there is no setup fee for early customers.

What is founder pricing?

For the first ten customers, Professional is £79 a month rather than £99, and it stays at £79 for the life of the account even after the standard price moves. It is a thank-you for backing a young product. When the ten places are gone, they are gone.

How does annual billing work?

Pay for ten months, get twelve. Same product, same terms. The discount is there because annual customers cost us less to look after, not because the monthly price is padded. Switch to annual whenever you like and we will credit the unused part of the month.

Can we buy it outright instead of subscribing?

Yes. A perpetual licence is a one-off £2,995, with optional maintenance and updates at £595 a year — about 20% of the licence, which is the usual figure for software like this. Stop paying maintenance and the software you own carries on working. You lose the updates and the support, not the product.

Do contractors need their own paid seats?

They need an account, and accounts count towards your plan's user limit. You control what each one can see and do, and access can be given for one job and taken away when it ends. If you have a lot of short-term contractors coming through, come and talk to us. We would rather sort out an arrangement than have you rationing logins, because a record only stays true if the people changing the building can update it.

Can we change plans as we grow?

Yes, whenever you like, and your data carries over untouched. Start on Starter with one building and move up when the portfolio or the team outgrows it. Nothing gets re-entered.

We are public sector and buy through a framework. Can you work with that?

Yes. Send us the framework, the purchasing route and any security or procurement paperwork you need filled in, and we will work through it with you. Small supplier, direct line. You will not be waiting on a bid team.

It is yours. Records, schedules, photos and documents export in standard formats at any time, and that does not change on the way out. No exit fee, and no negotiation to get your own building back.
