1. Import the schedule
An existing spreadsheet is saved as CSV, mapped to circuit fields and checked before anything is written. Duplicate or occupied ways are rejected.
2. Review the board
The reviewer checks the recorded board and circuits, adds evidence and verifies that version. Later changes show that another review is needed.
3. Issue the pack
A dated board archive preserves the schedule, structured records, current floor plan and attached board/circuit photos, with a manifest and file checksums.
Inspect the inputs and outputs
Demonstration data only. Verification records a review of the stored information; it is not electrical certification. The sample pack contains no customer information.
Optional Job Management
Keep the maintenance work with the building
After handover, the same plan can guide a repair. Job Management is an optional module enabled separately for each company, rather than something every deployment automatically includes.
1. Create and pinpoint
A manager records ‘Replace failed light above Till 14’, assigns an electrician, attaches instructions and clicks its location on the Womenswear floor plan.
2. Find and update
The electrician receives the work in My Jobs, taps View on Map and sees the exact job marker. They mark it In Progress and add updates from their phone.
3. Complete and review
After the repair, the electrician writes ‘Driver failed. Replaced driver and tested fitting’, optionally attaches a photograph and signs off. The manager receives an in-app completion update and can review the job history.
